この曲について About this Song
この曲は1968年にアメリカのロックバンド、ステッペンウルフがリリースした、彼ら最大のヒット曲です。
60年代らしくシンプルな曲構成ですが、1969年公開の映画「イージー・ライダー」の中で使用されアメリカの広野を颯爽と走り抜けていくバイクのイメージがこの曲とよくフィットしており、古き良きアメリカという雰囲気を感じさせてくれます。日本でも多くのＣＭで使用されており、誰もが一度は耳にしたことがあるのではないでしょうか。
